Jersey Bearcats Announce Move to Mennen Sports Arena for 2027 Season
The Jersey Bearcats enter a new era as the franchise prepares to call the 2,500-seat Mennen Sports Arena in Morristown, New Jersey, its new home for the 2027 American Arena League season.
MORRISTOWN, NJ — After years of striving to build on and improve on the previous year, AJ Roque and the Jersey Bearcats have entered a new era for the franchise.
In 2027, they will relocate to William G. Mennen Sports Arena, commonly known as Mennen Sports Arena.
Mennen Sports Arena is a 2,500-seat venue in Morristown, NJ. It will serve the Bearcats perfectly in size and location, and all around it is a perfect upgrade for a franchise that has spent years pushing for the best but never to the point that it would see them have nothing left for the following season.
“It is a move that is long overdue, and we are more than excited for it… We owe all of this to the players and coaches that stuck around and pushed for more going all the way back to the beginning,” said Roque.
The American Arena League expressed its support for the franchise’s next chapter, stating:
“We at the American Arena League are proud to see one of our member teams grow, especially for a team like the Jersey Bearcats.”
The relocation represents an exciting new chapter for the Jersey Bearcats organization as the team continues building toward the 2027 American Arena League season.
Additional announcements regarding ticket information, team operations, community initiatives, and player personnel will be made in the coming months.
